Prior to purchasing one of Compmetrica’s assessment products, customers must meet an indicated qualification level. Qualification levels are determined based on a customer’s position within an organization and/or educational attainment. Qualification levels are indicated next to the description of each product.

Depending on your qualification level, you will be allowed to use some or all of Compmetrica’s assessment tools and products.

Compmetrica Has Established Three Qualification Levels:

Level A :

Numerous tools, books and programs are available for purchase without restrictions. These products are represented by the icon which is found next to the description of each product.

Level B :

In order to be qualified for a level B, you must meet the criteria for one of the following:    -   Be responsible for the assessment process of candidates in your organization ( e.g., Employed by the human resource department or hold a senior management position)    -   Work for a consulting firm specializing, among other things, in personnel assessment. These products are represented by the icon which is found next to the description of each product.

Level C :

In order to be qualified for a level C, you must fulfill the qualifications required of level B users and meet the criteria for one of the following        -  Be a Psychologist or hold a Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Psychology or Career Counselling. OR  -   Attained a Bachelor’s degree and have completed a course in the interpretation of psychological assessments and measurement from an accredited college or university. OR  -   Be a member of a recognized professional association or professional order whose members hold qualifications related to psychological measurement or personnel assessment. OR  -   Successfully complete a professionally recognized qualification program provided by Compmetrica or one of its licensed affiliates.
