The Intercultural Effectiveness Test is a multiple-choice questionnaire that determines the extent to which individuals are ready to occupy roles in a culture different from their own. The test identifies the comfort and risk zones to be considered when evaluating the suitability of working outside one's country of origin. Cognitive, social, and emotional factors are assessed.
